1. Service-Based Nature of Orders
All services offered by Certified Translations India, including translation, notarization, apostille, attestation, and related documentation services, are custom and project-specific. As such, each service is initiated based on the exact needs of the customer and cannot be reused or resold once completed.
2. Cancellation Policy

Before Service Commencement:
If you wish to cancel your order, please notify us within 1 hour of making the payment. If the work has not yet started, a full refund (excluding Stripe payment processing fees) will be initiated. -
After Service Commencement:
Once the service has been initiated, cancellation is not possible, as our team may have already committed time and resources to your project.
3. Refund Policy

The cancellation request is received within the allowable cancellation window.

The work has not started or no team member has been assigned.

The work has only been partially completed and the client has a valid reason for discontinuing the service.

4. Refund Timelines
Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and returned via the original method of payment through Stripe/Cashfree. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the funds to reflect in your account.
5. Dispute Resolution
In case of any disputes, we encourage you to contact our support team first. If the matter is unresolved, you may raise a formal dispute through Stripe. We will cooperate fully in any investigation and provide all relevant documents and communication logs.
